FlareSens Pulse · War Room
The alarm fires. The screen takes command.
War Room is the Live Monitoring Station the moment it matters most — the same three modules, rebuilt for the minutes of an active fire event.

The moment it triggers
It doesn’t wait for you to notice.
A fire event hits. The station sounds a hooter loud enough that no one misses it, and holds one question on screen until someone answers it. You acknowledge — and the station becomes the War Room.
Live Events
Now only two things are on the screen.
Mid-event, alarms and activations are all that matter. Everything else clears out.
- Only alarms and activations, nothing else
- Multiple triggers as the fire develops
- The full picture, none of the noise

Floor Map
Watch which way the fire is moving.
The map traces the fire’s spread, not faults. See the direction before it cuts off an exit.
- Live fire spread across the floor plan
- Direction of travel, in real time
- Route the team to the exit still clear

Communication Hub
Your ground team, in one thread.
The third module becomes a comm hub, with live status on who is actually handling the event.
- Text, voice, and images with the ground team
- Who acknowledged, rejected, or went silent
- One thread, timestamped, no WhatsApp scramble

While the event runs
A clock you can’t ignore, and decisions only you can make.
Active Fire Event timer
A clock on the top bar starts the instant the event begins. The minutes are counting, in plain sight.
Close Fire Event
Closing asks for evidence and a verdict — false alarm, near miss, or real fire. Nothing gets waved away.
Return to Live
A faulty device can hold an event open for days. Keep it latched while you get a live view of the site back.
Latched by design
The panel says it’s over. We don’t — until you do.
Clear the event on your fire panel and it’s gone. In FlareSens the War Room stays latched: the event stays live in the system until someone closes it here, with a reason. No event quietly disappears.
Not everyone is at the screen.
The Rapid Action Suite puts the same fire event on every responder’s phone in ten seconds, so the team on the ground moves the moment the War Room does.
Watch the screen flip into War Room.
A 20-minute demo. We connect to a panel, trigger a test alarm, and you watch the station take command in real time.
